I. Definitions

The terms used have the following meaning:
1. Customer - a natural person, legal person or organizational unit not being a legal person, the special provisions confer legal capacity, which makes orders in the Shop;
2. Civil Code - the Act of 23 April 1964. (Dz. U. No. 16, pos. 93, as amended.);
3. Regulations - these Regulations provide electronic services within the online store ram-baltic.pl;
4. Online Shop (Shop) - Internet service available under the www.ram-baltic.pl, through which the customer may in particular consist of orders;
5. Goods - products presented in the Online Shop;
6. The sales contract - contract sale of goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o. and the customer, which is entered using the Internet service Store;
7. The Law on special conditions of consumer sales - the Act of 27 July 2002. On specific terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Dz. U. No 141, item. 1176, as amended.)
8. Act on electronic services - the Act of 18 July 2002. On electronic services (Dz. U. No. 144, item. 1204, as amended.);
9. Order - the Customer's aimed directly to the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of the Goods.

 

II. General provisions

2.1. These Regulations define the rules for the use of the online store available at www.ram-baltic.pl
2.2. These Regulations are the rules referred to the Article. 8 of the Act on electronic services.
2.3. Online shop, under www.ram-baltic.pl is run by RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o.
2.4. Regulations define, in particular:
a.) the rules for the registration and use of the account within the online store;
b.) the terms and conditions for electronic booking available in the online store;
c.) the terms and conditions of the electronic procurement in the online store;
d.) the rules of contract of sale with the use of the services provided in the Online Shop.

2.5. Using the online shop is possible provided that the ICT system used by the customer minimum technical requirements:
2.6. In order to use the online store customers themselves should have access to a computer or terminal device with Internet access.
2.7. In accordance with applicable laws RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o. we reserve the right to limit the provision of services via the Online Store to people who have completed 18 years of age. In this case, potential customers will be notified of the above.
2.8. Customers can get access to these Rules at any time via the link found on the main site www.ram-baltic.pl, download it and print it.
2.9. Information about the goods are on the website store, and in particular in their descriptions, technical and performance characteristics and price, are an invitation to contract, within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.

 

III. Rules for the use of the Internet Store

3.1. The commencement of use of the Online Store is register under it.
3.2. Register by completing and accepting the registration form available on one side of the Store.

3.4. RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o. may deprive a customer the right to use the Online Shop, and may limit its' access to part or all of the resources online store, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach by the Customer of the Rules and, in particular, the Customer:
a.) gave when registering online store data untrue, inaccurate or outdated, misleading or violates the rights of third parties,
b.) committed through the online store violation of personal rights of third parties, in particular the personal other customers online store.
c.) commit other behaviors that are considered by RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o. for behavior inconsistent with applicable law or general principles of using the Internet or detrimental to the good name of RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o.

3.5. A person who has been deprived of the right to use the online store cannot register again without prior consent of RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o.
3.6. In order to ensure the safety of transmission of messages and data in connection with the delivered services within the Sites, Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the seriousness of the safety of services, in particular measures to prevent acquisition and modification by unauthorized personal data transmitted over the Internet.
3.7. The customer is obliged in particular to:
a.) not and may not content prohibited by law, for example. Content violent, defamatory or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties,
b.) the use of the Online Store without disturbing its functioning, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,
c.) refrain from actions, such as sending or posting within the Online Store unsolicited commercial (spam)
d.) the use of the Online Store without major inconvenience to other clients and for RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o.,
e.) The use of any content contained in the Online Shop only for personal use.
f.) to use Online Store in accordance with the rules in force in the Republic of Polish law, the provisions of the Rules, as well as with the general principles of using the Internet.

 

IV. Procedure for conclusion of the Sales Agreement

4.1. In order to conclude the Agreement sales through Online Store, go to the website www.ram-baltic.pl, choose the goods by taking technical steps based on the client displays messages and information available on the site.
4.2. The choice of the Goods ordered by the customer is made by adding them to the basket.
4.3. When submitting orders - until you press the "Order" - The customer can modify the input data and the selection of the Goods. To do this, follow the prompts Client communications and information available on the site.
4.4. After administration of the Customer Online Store enjoying all the necessary data, you will see a summary of the order.
Summary of complex orders will include information on:
a.) of the contract,
b.) the unit and total price of the products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs,
c.) the chosen method of payment,
d.) the chosen method of delivery,
e.) the delivery time,
4.5. In order to send orders, it is necessary to make the acceptance of the Regulations, to provide personal information marked as mandatory and pressing the "Place Order".
4.6. Sending the Customer Order is a declaration of intention to conclude the RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o. The contract of sale, in accordance with the Regulations.
4.7. After placing orders, the customer receives an e-mail containing a final confirmation of all the essential elements of contracts.
4.8. Agreement shall be treated as concluded from the moment of receipt of the e-mail referred to above.
4.9. The sales agreement is in Polish, for complying with the Regulations.


V. Delivery

5.1. Delivery of goods is limited to the area of the Polish Republic and takes place at the address indicated by the customer when placing orders.
5.2. Delivery of ordered goods is done by own transport, courier or through the Polish Post. Additionally, the costs of delivery will be indicated at the time of procurement.
5.3. The term of delivery is from 1 to 21 working days from the date of dispatch of the Customer Order.
5.4. Customers can get access to these Rules at any time via link found on the main site www.ram-baltic.pl, download it and print it.
5.5. Consolidation, security, access and customer confirmation of the relevant provisions of the Agreement, the sale of Goods by sending to the customer via e-mail by attaching to the parcel containing the Goods printout confirming specifications orders and invoices.

 

VI. Prices and payment methods

6.1. Commodity prices are given in Euro and include all components, without VAT 23%.
6.2. The customer can pay the price:

VII. The right of withdrawal

7.1. A customer is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, entitled - by law - the right to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving reasons, making a statement in writing, within 14 days and sending it to www.ram-baltic.pl specified in the Regulations .
7.2. The term 14-day counted from the date, on which the delivery of the Goods.
7.3. The right of withdrawal by the consumer is switched off in case the order for products to individual customer's special order products that are not in stock at the daily sale of goods beyond the standard offer of the shop, prepared on special order and tailored to individual needs, benefits that due to their nature they cannot be returned.
7.4. In case of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered null and void. What the parties rendered shall be returned unchanged, unless a change was necessary in the ordinary management. The reimbursement should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days. The purchased goods must be paid to the following address:

VIII. Complaints about the Goods

8.1. RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o. the seller is liable to the Client who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, for non-compliance with the Agreement of sales Goods purchased by the consumer, to the extent specified Act with specific terms of consumer sales.
8.2. Claims arising from a breach of the rights guaranteed by law the client, or on the basis of these Rules, should be addressed www.ram-baltic.pl. RAM Baltic Sp.z o.o. agrees to consider each claim within 21 days, and if it was not possible to inform the customer in that period, when the complaint will be dealt with.
8.3. RAM Baltic Sp.z o.o. is not the manufacturer of the goods. The manufacturer is liable under the guarantee of the Goods sold under the conditions and for the period specified in the warranty card. If the guarantee document provides for such a possibility, you may submit your claim under warranty directly authorized service whose address is in the warranty card.

 

IX. Complaints in the provision of electronic services

9.1. RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o. take action to ensure full proper operation of the store, to the extent it results from the current technical knowledge and undertakes to remove within a reasonable time any irregularities reported by customers.
9.2. The customer is obliged to immediately notify RAM Baltic Sp. o.o. any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the service Shop.
9.3. Irregularities relating to the functioning of the Store customer can submit them in writing to RAM Baltic Sp. z o.o., ul. Kierbedzia 4, 00-728 Warszawa, or mail to the address info@ram-baltic.pl or using the contact form.
9.4. In the complaint, customer should provide its name, mailing address, nature and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the Store.
9.5. Ram-Baltic Sp. z o.o. agrees to consider each claim within 21 days, and if it was not possible to inform the customer in that period, when the complaint will be dealt with.

 

X. Final Provisions

10.1. Settlement of any disputes arising between Ram-Baltic Sp. z o.o. a client who is a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, is subject to the relevant courts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.
10.2. Settlement of any disputes arising Ram-Baltic Sp. z o.o. a client who is not a consumer within the meaning of art. 221 of the Civil Code, Civil Code, is subject to the competent court for the seat Ram-Baltic Sp. z o.o. ..
10.3. In matters not regulated herein shall be governed by the Civil Code, the provisions of the Act on electronic services and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
